Is FactuTPV really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: it includes 1 POS terminal with up to 30 sales per month, basic invoicing and a 25-product catalog — plenty to get started and for very small businesses. Paid plans add unlimited sales, more terminals and users, advanced reports, hospitality features and AI OCR — and every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, no card required.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Never. FactuTPV doesn't process your payments and never takes a percentage of what you sell. Accept cash or use whichever card reader and payment provider you prefer.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. FactuTPV works in virtually any country: set your currency, your tax rates and your timezone, and use it in 11 languages. In Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru and the United Kingdom you pay in your local currency; everywhere else in US dollars (or euros in the EU).
Does it comply with my country's tax rules?
Outside Spain, FactuTPV works as a non-fiscal POS and business management tool: you record sales, issue receipts and invoices, and export all your data (CSV/Excel) so you and your accountant can file taxes under your country's rules. The engine is built for Europe's most demanding invoicing regulation, with tamper-evident, auditable records.
What hardware do I need?
Nothing special. FactuTPV runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and prints receipts on generic ESC/POS thermal printers. No proprietary hardware, no mandatory rentals.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Offline mode lets you keep selling if the connection drops: sales are stored encrypted on the device and sync automatically once you're back online.
Who bills me and how do I pay?
It depends on your country: outside the European Union you're billed by FactuTPV, LLC (USA) in your currency with no VAT — the price you see is final; inside the EU you're billed by our Spanish entity with your country's VAT. You pay by card and can cancel anytime.
Can I import my products and take my data with me?
Yes. Import your catalog from Excel/CSV or from a photo using the AI importer. And your data is yours: export sales, customers, inventory and your entire business whenever you want.
