How it works

Four steps to review your migration.

01

Keep and prepare your source files

Keep an original copy. Use CSV, Excel, PDF, supported images, DOCX, TXT or ZIP without nested ZIP files. File quality and structure affect extraction.

02

Check availability and upload

The wizard checks eligibility and allows up to 20 files and 50 MiB in total. ZIP extraction has additional limits. Processing time varies; no duration is guaranteed.

03

Review price, tax and stock

Check names, codes, duplicates, prices with or without tax, VAT and stock. Edit or discard preview entries and review plan capacity warnings.

04

Confirm and check the result

Confirm only when the data is correct. Results may be partial or products omitted due to plan limits. Check the import before selling.

Frequently asked questions

What others ask before migrating.

Which previous POS systems are compatible?

It depends on your exported files and their content. Common formats are supported, but universal compatibility with every POS is not guaranteed. Always review the preview.

How much does it cost?

One initial import is included when your account has the required feature and capacity is available. Your plan or trial limits apply; check the conditions before starting.

Which entities does it import exactly?

Products, categories, customers, suppliers and historical sales. Data must be present and pass validation. Import may be partial; check the result.

Are historical sales sent to AEAT?

Imported historical sales are informational and are not sent to AEAT as new sales. New invoices use the configured fiscal mode; VeriFactu submission requires activation and configuration.

What does the AI do if it finds incomplete or invalid data?

Review warnings and edit or discard entries before confirming. Check price, tax, stock and duplicates: AI and validation do not replace your review.

Can I edit or cancel before importing?

You can review, edit and discard entries before confirming. Cancelling from the preview consumes the initial import. A completed import has no automatic undo; keep originals and review before confirming.

Is it available during the trial or on every plan?

Eligibility depends on your effective plan or trial features, an unused initial import and service capacity. The wizard checks these conditions; creating an account does not guarantee access.
